Now Hiring - Low Voltage Foreman

This is a full-time position. $26-32/hour depending on experience.


  • Experienced with the installation, capabilities, and termination of low voltage cable including CAT3, CAT6, Coaxial, & Fiber. 
  • Basic troubleshooting and knowledge of TCP/IP technology and troubleshooting.
  • Provide your own transportation and have a valid CA driver's license.
  • Ability to understand and efficiently run projects and manage a team of cabling technicians. 
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

Here are the specific duties of this position:

As a foreman you will be expected to manage cabling projects and lead a team of low voltage cabling technicians. In this role you will work with our lead engineer to understand the scope and stages of each project - then take the knowledge to ensure cabling team has the resources and instruction required to complete the job.

This is a full time position.


The Help Desk Dispatcher is responsible for reviewing, validating, triaging and assigning incident and service request tickets to technical support personnel. This is a non-technical role and involves frequent communication with customers, coworkers, and vendors.



  • Job Type: Full time. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Pay $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
  • Pay frequency: Every 2 weeks on Fridays
  • Paid Holidays



  • Generate or update tickets as they arrive through email, manual entry, or phone calls
  • Responsible for collecting information by listening and asking relevant questions to determine types of calls, ticket priority levels and triage criteria
  • Primary responsibility is overall resource coordination, not direct technical support
  • Communicate with customers as required via phone or ticketing system; keep customer informed of ticket progress
  • Ensure tickets are efficiently assigned by monitoring resource schedules for availability and capability to work tickets
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University



  • Handle tier 1 tickets such as password resets and basic troubleshooting issues that may require 5 minutes or less
  • Assist with purchasing & receiving
  • Inventory tracking & purchasing
  • Handle returns and outbound shipping needs
  • Document processes and procedures as needed
  • Assist ConnectWise administrator in adding / modifying workflows, ticket templates, and other administrative changes to the software



  • High School Diploma or GED required.



  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending
  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs



  • Example: Standard office; Call Center environment with varying temperatures and loud noises; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer


  • Must work on-site; no telecommuting permitted
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly critical, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license
